These terms are an agreement between you and [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME] (“we”, “us”) for your use of Diabetic Life Tools (the “app”). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Not medical advice

The app provides educational content and self-tracking tools. It is not medical advice and does not replace your doctor. Please read the full Medical Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms. In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.

2. Your account

• You must be at least [18] years old.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Your account is for you personally. Please do not share it or resell access.

3. Plans and payment

• Lifetime access: a one-time payment of $59 gives you access for as long as the app is offered.
• Monthly plan: $8 per month, renewing automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record. Prices may change for new purchases.

4. Refunds

5. Content and copyright

All lessons, recipes, plans and other content in the app are copyright © Diabetic Life Tools. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish or redistribute them.

The information you enter remains yours. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete it at any time from Settings.

7. Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the app: no attempts to access other people's data, disrupt the service, or copy it wholesale.

8. Availability

We work hard to keep the app running, but we provide it “as is” and cannot guarantee it will always be available or error-free. Do not rely on it as your only record of important medical information.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any health outcome resulting from use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

10. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

11. Governing law
